- Employment type allowed: Fixed term contract for at least 6 months duration & indefinite
- Work Type:average 40h/week
- Probation period: There is no minimum statutory requirement in Hong Kong and the length of the probationary period is open to negotiation between the employer and employee.
- Background checks: Upon request, depending on role requirements
- Notice Period: If the employment contract does not specify a notice period, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required after the first month of probation.

- Mandatory Benefits: Employee Workers Compensation Insurance is a compulsory insurance requirement of Hong Kong’s Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO)
