- Employment type allowed: Fixed term (maximum duration of 24months/extension limit-4times), Indefinite
- Work Type:40 hours/week
- Probation period: duration varies based on employee job classification as defined by National Collective Bargaining Agreement ( max 45 days for recruitment consultant roles)
- Background checks:employer may conduct background checks only if they are relevant to assessing the applicants' qualifications for the job
- Activity supported: White collar
- Notice Period: minimum 15 day. Starts either on the 1st or the 16th day of the month, depending on the date when the resignation or dismissal is communicated
- Employer Cost: 30.11%
- Mandatory Benefits: additional monthly payments (13th and 14th salary)- driven by the Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Supplemental Benefits: Meal vouchers, car allowance
- Paid Leave: 26 working days per year ( 30days – executive roles)

- Termination:during probation period, either party can terminate at any time. Employee resignation, employer dismissal will have to respect notice period.
- Termination costs: will include vacation pay out/bonus payout as stipulated in the employment contract. If reason is mutual termination, the agreement will provide an additional sum.
- Sick leave: maximum protected sick leave of 180 days , employee cannot be dismissed due to illness during that period ( medical certificate submitted to INPS- Italy’s National Social Security Institute). First 3 days paid by employer, from day 4 onwards it is covered by INPS.
